MTSL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Catalyst Trusteeship Services Pvt Ltd. MTSL provides trusteeship services for Debenture issuances, Bilateral/Consortium Loans, Alternative Investment Funds, Escrows, Securitisation Transactions, Employee Stock Option Plan Trust (ESOP), Employee Welfare Trusts (EWT), etc. MTSL's Asset Under Trusteeship is around Rs. 80,000 Crs.
